I was assisted by Ricky and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! From arranging delivery to showing me videos and pictures of the car I had requested AND doing it all with a brilliant sense of humour! Oh another positive, my new car is beautiful and was shining clean on delivery day! Cannot recommend Browns Car Company and Ricky enough- thank you all for your help :D
Had a review asked of me during purchase which was fine as everything went smoothly, but since then has been an absolute nightmare as they sold me a car without a logbook (red flag in itself) but told me 2 weeks and it will be with me, this obviously never came and 2 weeks turned into 2 months and constant messaging they finally taxed the car for me (unable to do on my side) but this is now the second time they have randomly rescinded this and left me unable to do anything, it’s an absolute joke and has meant I am currently unable to drive the car I pay for, from their side apparently the person who previously owned was being a pain but that’s not my issue and has been too long now, very efficient in selling you the car but good luck after that.
