Helpful Bruce Support

I have recently contacted the Bruce support regarding extending by membership. The support team got back to me within no time and helped me in extending the membership and using my pause credit. I have been a bruce user for more than 5 years, and I would recommend everyone (who is into fitness) to give it a try. Bruce gave me access to many studios in Stockholm and helped me in connecting with a lot of wonderful people.

Over the years prices have gone up and…

Over the years prices have gone up and benefits have gone down. They have a very shady process regarding billing. I pay a yearly subscription. If I EVER pay for a monthly upgrade, and then cancel it, when my yearly subscription ends a new monthly subscription automatically kicks in. After 4 years I am now looking for alternatives.

we have had our Dog Roisín in their care for two plus year’s. For the first time I was puking violently food poisoning. My partner was collecting my Child. They litterly said they could not drop our doggie to me. I stated you have a duty of care for our Dog. The amount of money we spend is extornotite every week. They find it cumbersome to even brush her it is like a favour to do so. . If you had a baby you would expect professionals to change a diaper. The staff are lovely but management are not capable of taking the slided criticism. I will not give them one more penny of my hard earned money. Absoloutely disgraceful after two year’s with this company.

Strange membership commitment

How can an expensive membership like Bruce also have a two month commitment for returning users? When I asked customer service about it, they told me that I should “come back when I’m ready to commit for two months”. Would have loved an explanation so that I can see the logic from Bruce’s perspective instead of a “my way or the high way” response. Lots of room to improve!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. New to the service and then. For blocked because Of couldn't find the entrance of the center which had horrible signage. Bruce did not try to help resolve the issue and they have cancelled classes with extremely short notice. Not impressed by the service so far

I really wanted to become a fan of this…

I really wanted to become a fan of this concept, however the idea seems to work better in theory than in practice. It’s almost impossible to book popular training sessions as Barry’s and several yoga studios. I contacted the customer service, who obviously should know, but received a super arrogant response on my workout history, as if it didn’t seem like a problem for me to them. If there was another possibility than Bruce, I would definitely use it.
