Geen zaken met hen doen. Ze nemen wel 60 euro voor 23 KG bagage. Zodra het fout gaat en je betaald het dubbele bij het inchecken. Zodra je refund vraagt geven ze aan dat ze alleen die 60 euro betalen en dat ik de risico draag. Beter andere partijen die wel verantwoordelijk zijn je ticket halen.Don’t do business with them. I payed 60 euro for 23kg logig. By check-in there was a system error so needed to pay double. When i whanted to refund. They whanted to pay the 60 euro’s back. Not the double amount. They are not responsible don’t choose them to buy your ticket. You pay them mistake.
I've been doing trip planning for my family for years and booked with countless sites. Here's my take on this company: everything works fine if you book your ticket and fly the exact itinerary you booked. They will issue you a ticket and charge you exactly the amount shown on the final confirmation page. HOWEVER, as soon as anything goes wrong - whether that's an airline schedule change that's completely out of your control or if you want to change you flight date/get a refund - you will be completely out of luck. Don't ever expect any customer service from this company. They do not have a phone number - all they have is a live chat and the chat agents, while mostly polite, are not helpful in any way. I had an airline schedule change and Budgetair cannot issue me a new ticket. I contacted them well over 20 times over the course of two weeks and every single time one of the chat agents would tell me to "wait for an update from the team that specializes in airline schedule changes". They would simply repeat this sentence over and over like a robot. It's actually kind of ridiculous. When it's getting close to my departure date I became less patient and kept asking "when would I hear an update", and they told me I'd hear back in 24 hours. They said this multiple times but I never hear anything. One of the agents told me "there's no timeline on when the team can get back to you" when it's only 72 hours from my scheduled departure. Anyways - if anything goes wrong they have absolutely zero customer service. I ended up contacting the airline myself when it's within 72 hours of my departure and begged the airline to "take over" my ticket so they can re-issue the ticket for my new itinerary without going through Budgetair. So - when you book with this website you take a risk. If you fly every segment exactly as shown on the original ticket you'll probably be fine, but when there's any issue at all even if it's out of your control, you'll be left to your own devices to figure out what to do.
I purchased a ticket from Amsterdam to Tivat from Budgetair.nl, with a departure date of 4 May 2024 and a return date of 9 May 2024. While returning from Tivat to Amsterdam, when I arrived at the airport, I learned that my flight did not exist. I contacted the BudgetAir.nl but they were not helpful. I was able to find a flight for the next day and had to pay approximately 510 euros. I also had to take a taxi back to the hotel and pay approximately 120 euros for these. My return flight was with Swiss Airlines. I called Swiss airline and they told me Budgetair.nl selling tickets that didn't exist. I talked to Budgetairline to cover my losses, but they did not accept it. Due to the mistake of the Budgetair.nl agency, I had to pay approximately 700 euros extra in total. To prevent other consumers from experiencing what I experienced, do not buy flight tickets from BudgetAir.nl !!!
This company offers a return flight for a decent price the outbound is 10-20% more expensive than other websites but the return flight seems 50% cheaper example website from airline offers flight for 100,- outbound and 100,- inbound (200 tot). Budgetair offers 120 outbound and 50,- inbound (170,- tot) once you book it they cancel your inbound flight 24h before you should fly now you paid 120 for a flight that should costs 100 and no way to return and flight prices change frequently no offer to cancel the trip and you have to wait for month for them to refund the 50,- BIG SCAM
