I have bought a ticket in 2020, due to the covid, my flight was cancelled. BudgetAir first told me I could get the refund. But till not still didn't get it, after more than three years!I tried to contact them, they first told me it is on processing, later told me don't contact them, it would just slow the process. In the end, they didn't even reply.Very irresponsible and dishonest. Since then I have never used this unreliable agent to buy any fly tickets anymore.
Terrible Experience with Budgetair: Issues with Flight Booking and BaggageI am extremely dissatisfied with Budgetair and want to share my frustrating experience. I booked a flight to Bali through Skyscanner, and the process seemed smooth until I received an email a day later confirming my tickets but stating that my checked baggage could not be processed due to a technical issue.To make matters worse, I have to pay the amount of the lugges 3 times the price, and I have yet to receive any refund for the additional charges (cause they didn’t pay me anything and keep holding that they don’t refund it). It is perplexing and unacceptable that while my flight tickets were confirmed, the baggage issue remains unresolved.Furthermore, I experienced multiple changes to my airline, with at least two to three different airlines being swapped without my consent or prior notification. This constant alteration of airlines has been very unsettling.Budgetair has informed me that they will not be refunding any of the additional charges and that I am not permitted to cancel the flight. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete disregard for customer service.Overall, my experience with Budgetair has been a nightmare. I paid for a service and am not receiving what I paid for, nor am I getting any support or resolution. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when using their services.
We bought 5 tickets for dubai leaving in July after paid online.They sent us only booking reference and not the original ticket, I checked with emirates and they BudgetAir.nl didn’t paid emirates so there are no tickets 😢We don’t know what to do or how to get our money back, I feel so bad why I didn’t checked there scammed reviews before booking
Scam! They offering the wrong luggage options. Be careful, this won't actually save money but bring you more trouble solving new luggage option. They advertise one and provide 0 service for that. How can somebody charge extra money for hand luggage when they don't deliver it after all. Now I need to book extra luggage via the airline. Thank you Budgetair never again and I recommend everybody else to do the same.UPDATE: I was in chat with Budgetair before I wrote this review and they were so arrogant to not help me and told me they can't do anything about it. They advertise multiple options for luggage but at the end you won't get anything and only spend money. Be aware of the predatory tactics of this provider.
The worst company I have ever worked with. You have employees. Every employee has an opinion and a word. I dealt with someone from you and he told me that we will respond to you within 5 to 6 hours on your request. When we waited, we did not receive any response from them. I spoke to another person who told me that the ticket cannot be canceled and that I must go. To the airline company to clarify the problem. I booked from Germany to Greece, Crete, but I made a mistake in the destination. I wanted to go to Heraklon, but I booked by mistake to Chainia, so I wanted to cancel the ticket, and I have already booked another one through you.
