Review Time
I’m so disappointed in this company. I have followed Heidi for so many years now, and decided to finally buy from her collection. I agreed to pay a certain amount, and they charged me more than I agreed to pay. It took a couple days of back and forth, e-mail after email, when I finally decided to ask them for a cancellation because they are deceitful. I then looked at her actual reviews, and people are having the same issues, but also other issues I can’t speak on because I didn’t experience it first hand. Look at the BBB rating also when considering buying. I am unable to post a screenshot of my confirmation, the price the charged me without consent, or the emails that were seriously ridiculous. Al of that time emailing for them to say, “ there is a glitch in the website” BUYER BEWARE
I really would give them a negative star if I could. I have 3 reasons. 1- super super slow! 2- I bought two leggings and 2 bras from their website. The quality is trash-like. I mean, for a pair of leggings that changed me 92 dollars and 50-ish dollars bars, I expect them to be fit, decent and with trustworthy quality. BUT! They were like unfinished products someone grabbed from a factory! 3- I returned and interestingly, they first returned the money back to my credit card. HOWEVER, a few minutes later, they charged me the same amount of money from my card for no reason!
I would love to give minus 5 if I can. Ordered from them shorts and leggins . Both size xl. Shorts was huge!!! More like size 3 xl. While leggins was super small. Contacted them but because they were 25% off they don't except returns. Now I stuck with this 2. Horrible experience. Will never order from them anymore!
So I ordered 2 leggings, size large and they arrived four days later which wasn’t bad. I thought for the price they’d be better material, but I can compare them to Walmart leggings the soft ones. I’ve bought better quality leggings at Costco for 1/3 the price. I tried to return one pair but it said on the bottom description that the item was not refundable which didn’t specify when I bought it. I tried to return the other item but you have to pay out of pocket for return so I’ll be getting reimbursed about 35$, so I’ll just give them away and never order from them again.
I’ve heard so many great things about Buffbunny, especially through Instagram and their products look amazing so I decided to test them out and purchased two pairs of leggings. One was supposed to have medium compression and the other high compression. Okay, so they look great, the pattern is awesome. They’re also very soft and comfy BUT they are way too big in the waist, and I honestly sized down as I’m in the midst of losing weight. There is absolutely no compression present in either of these leggings and they keep sliding down. The pair with this supposed medium compression is so large and loose in the waist that I’m pretty sure I’d have to go two sizes smaller (so 3 sizes down to what I usually wear) and the pair with supposed high compression is so low down at the back (why!?) compared to the front that when they slide down a bit my butt is almost showing. I’m so surprised by this.. kind of unhappy as they cost a lot. Not sure if I’ll purchase again from them, I might try once more in a much smaller size, but we’ll see. The length however is fantastic.
I bought 4 bras, even used the size charts. They fit too big so I wanted to return the 2 that fit the most awkward but was then told my sale item couldn’t be refunded. Even though their refund policy doesn’t state all sale items being final sale. Poor customer service and the closet he’s doesn’t even fit right. Gymshark is way better and worth the money you’re paying unlike this brand.
I bought these leggings impulsively from IG. I read the reviews right after and they weren’t great, so I emailed them 20 mins after I ordered asking to cancel my order. Customer service was not great- literally no attempt at resolution. I was annoyed but just figured I threw £80 away. BUT when the leggings arrived they were decent, I think the reviews here don’t do them justice. I’m not going to stop buying my Lululemons for them, but I like the pair I got- super soft, and stayed tight throughout an intense workout. Pretty decent!
Not sure about the quality as I haven’t even received them yet. I wouldn’t order from them again just because of the ridiculous ship time. This is not a joke, I ordered some other items on the same day as my Buffbunny order. That other order shipped from the Czech Republic and it arrived in Arizona while the Buffbunny stuff from Texas has yet to even give me a delivery date. To plainly state that again…an order that shipped from the CZECH REPUBLIC arrived faster to Arizona than an order that shipped from TEXAS. So…yeah. I’d recommend ordering leggings from literally anywhere else. There are too many great brands out there to deal with shipping times from Buffbunny because they are too cheap to ship faster than something from Europe. C’mon BB, do better.
