HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered from the Nubre launch and spent over $350+. It was my first time trying the Alpha bra and some other styles. I realized I didn't like the new styles I bought and ended up keeping the monarch bras I ordered since I've had them before. I sent the new styles out for a refund and what a nightmare it was. They stated they could not refund me due to a "strong scent" which was a bummer but okay fine. I would just be okay with keeping it at that point. They stated they would send out the tracking number in 3-5 business days. After 10 business days, I still had not gotten the tracking info so reached out to them. I waited a week. no response. So then I attempted to email them again, mind you this order was $251 bucks and some change and over a month later. I stated in my second email that it was super unprofessional and questioned where my items were and that they couldn't just take my money and run and that if I didn't hear from them I was going to pursue legal actions. A few hours later, someone finally emailed me back and just gave me the refund stating the package got "lost"... um, nice try. you for one never send the tracking number in the first place. I'm just so happy that I finally got my money back after almost two months! Super unprofessional and what a nightmare this was. I'm all for supporting women-owned companies but Jesus Christ. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Please be cautious while ordering from this company.
ABSOLUTELY would never order from them again. When I returned the poor quality and terrible fit items...I got an email first telling me I was being refunded. Then a second email saying I was not because there was a stain on one of the items. Now, while they were poor quality and fit horribly when I returned them there was NO stain. I believe someone in the warehouse/returns or something else got the stain on them and now wants me to pay for it. RIP - OFF! And I have gotten no response from customer service. Terrible place.
I've ordered a number of things from this company.The leggings are honestly very disappointing. I'm 5'2, 135 lbs and ordered Smalls in everything. All my leggings have pilled soon after wearing them. This has never happened with any other brand i've ordered from.My first ones immediately pilled when I was just sitting around studying. The company replaced that pair (good customer service I must say!) but it pilled again right away. The high support sports bras are not high support at all. Just all feels cheaply made.
This was my first time ordering from them and while their pieces are cute, the quality is not! I wore one of their leggings for less than a day and it already started to pill. I have leggings from other well known companies that have not pilled yet and they’ve been worn and washed. Their cropped tops are thin and see through. So disappointed!
My wife is ordered from this company and twice they have messed up the order. The first time they ran out of inventory 2 minutes after the launch, the second time she placed an order she ordered two things both the same color but different prints and they sent her two of the one print. This company is absolutely atrocious as far as inventory output inventory management and processing compliance. You need to hire a quality control department as soon as possible! And you need to find a way to produce items so that you're not doing it on a launch by launch basis. Start doing business like the rest of the world.
I feel the need to write this company a positive, real review, what with the cluster fck of scammy online/instagram retailers these days. I live in Canada and they have a Canadian distribution center, which means no stupid extra duties (looking at you DHL) and free returns/exchanges. The quality of the products are exactly what you would expect for the price, and one of the only good brands that has leggings with pockets AND curved glute seams. Sizing is comparable to Lululemon generally, but would recommend looking at YouTube try ons for any items you want to purchase just to be sure. Fast shipping too, recieved my products within a week of ordering. All in all, would definately recommend this brand!
If I could give zero stars I would. Half my orders are missing. Some say arrived and did not due to their packaging not the post office. It’s been weeks with zero resolution. The 2/5 things I did receive were not worth the price. Wont ever shop here and now have to fight to dispute charges with my bank.
First time ordering from here. I was sceptical cause its an US brand and im from EU. But i didnt get hit with customs , the leggings ARE THE SOFTEST EVER probably on par with my lululemons. Shipping from US to europe took only 2 days, yes u have to pay 18$ shipping everytime but damn thats still quite speedy. Price well worth the quality <3 just make sure to pick the right pieces. i LOOOVE that they listen to their customers and actually provide customer service. not so impressed with alphalete tho (terrible customer experience). So ill be purchasing only from buffbunny from now. Made by woman for woman. The inclusivity is also an eye opening thing they deliver.
