Fiona & Stacie were a star. Has a issues with a missing item which didn't arrive so started a Watsapp chat which can be connect via Burton website which is a very efficient way of commication. They both sorted the issue out within a matter of minutes. Thanks once again Fiona & Stacie!
I have sent a return since the first week of April. I haven't received any refunds. Tried to contact them no response when I finally get a response after repeated email. I was told my refund is 49 pounds instead of 135 pounds. Am still on the case, if there is a way of giving no review I will do that.. I have been shopping with Burton for over 5 years and have never had any issues with them until it was taken over by boohoo and the most annoying part is that there is no one to talk to....Different people come with different opinions of what they think should be refunded I have sent so many proof countless of time and yet they seem to give their opinions of what they think should be refunded..I NEED MY REFUNDS
Appalling customer service - still awaiting any response for a return and refund to the value of £40. Have heard nothing from them despite messaging in several occasions. Please can someone get back to me and arrange for the refund to be issued - I have proof of return and the order number
DON'T BUY from this 2nd rate retailer, I am still waiting for my refund on a parcel been sended 23 days to Burton but still waiting for my refund. !! I have emailed the useless customer service few times and still no reply!! And if call the customer line number it's saying telephone line close for COVID-19. It's heard very funny all company are customer service currently open by telephone but only the burton is closed. My order number 502395473. Hope fully they will see my review and contact to my as soon as possible. It's really very annoying for customers. However no one Invested money on burton so why they took too long for refund? By law All company they need to refund within 3to 5 working days. Even they didn't give me any email notification about the return parcel received. I did send by Hermes and I have all proof and details.DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... BE CAREFUL. IT'S SHAME FOR BURTON.
NO REFUND STILL!! No Telephone customer service either!!DON'T BUY from this 2nd rate retailer, I am still waiting for my refund on a parcel sent 16 days ago Apr 12/21 !! I have emailed the useless customer service 4 days ago and still no reply!!When I decided to return the entire order 502102506 as the quality is very poor for the money, I discovered their telephone customer service has been suspended, apparently due to COVID, but I would have thought telephone customer service is the most important service to run during lockdown when online sales are the only option. I then decided to return in store in order to receive instant refund, but the webpage that is meant to show the stores did not work.The situation left me no choice but to return by post. Unfortunately, Hermes tracking also happens to be NOT working properly showing 'in transit' for days on end, but 2 other parcels from another retailer show the same 'in transit' and yet I have already received my refund days ago. I do have proof of postage but what good does that do if Burton refuses to respond?!!Judging by their dirty tactics of NOT refunding nor responding, I now highly suspect BURTON is in the process of going under. THIEVES!!!!You've been warned, STAY AWAY._______________Apr 30 /21 Update:Burton did respond to this Trustpilot review. I was contacted by email to send in proof of postage and I immediately did that. Then 2 days later, I was stunned to be asked to provide the names of the items returned when the order number is clearly visible for tracing purpose.Then to my shocking horror, I discovered that when I logged onto my Burton account, the order has completely vanished. What an utterly incompetent business !!!!Needless to say, I still have not received any refund yet.May 2/21 UpdateJust received another email from BURTON and it has finally admitted that it has GONE UNDER. I was offered a refund only because I managed to return my items before the TAKEOVER.I was offered 3 choices: Gift Vouchers (NO THANKS, won't even give them out as a gift to my worse enemy), Paypal or BAC.So I've chosen Paypal and lets see if the refund will actually come through.May 8 / 21 UpdateAfter much persistence, I finally received the refund that is long overdue, from Boohoo and not Arcadia. If you are in the same boat, don't give up and keep pursuing.
Returned good on 17/03/2021 . Sent so many emails no reply from them. I sent all the postage evidence no reply from the. If you want to save money don,t order burton scam company. No one bother to reply my emails. I wonder this kind of company closing.This kind of company closing in high street because of bad customer services. I think ombudsman should to investigate this matter or trade.
I have returned my items as they were not satisfactory, the trousers had white stains on them and the jacket certainly wasn’t size it stated as much too short for a 48L. I haven’t had any response or confirmation from Burtons after 14 days of returning and cannot get any information from Hermes who collected the parcel 1/4/2021 other than when it was collected from me,still waiting and have had no response
Ordered £60 of cloths online should been delivered 5 days ago parcel said been delivered certain time never arrived, presumed it would come next day never did Hermes said been sent back to warehouse on there website I tired calling helpline said closed due covid which is rubbish, most are open or working from home they just can't be bothered So emailed and sent then tweet that's 4 days ago, still awaiting a reply !Joke I want my money back no can bothered to get back me terrible customer service Never had a issue when the stores was open another and disappointment with lack communication The new owners need to sort this asap
