I've bought and sold many bikes through Buycycle and never had an issue. The platform is extremely easy to use and to communicate with buyers and sellers. The BuyCycle process keeps you updated throughout all phases, and in the unfortunate event of a claim due to shipping damage, they make it very quick and easy. I've recommended the platform to many!
I registered several times using different email addresses. My wife tried to register the same way, but our accounts were blocked immediately. The reason is unclear. The service is terrible. 1 star.
Awesome experience, so far I was able to sell and buy all the parts I needed. The platform is easy to use and straightforward. Things like complete bikes take longer to sell and usually get a plethora of low-ball offer messages but it is to be expected with items priced in the 1000+ euros ball park.
I managed to buy the perfect bike (a vintage Peugeot)! It was delivered quickly, well packed and came in good time without a hitch! The packaging was branded by Buycycle and everything was very professional in how it was done. The seller was great to deal with. 'Highly recommend Buycycle!All round it was a great experience, really.
