Their fees are CRAZY HIGHThey take money from BOTH the buyer and the SELLER !And clearly, the level of service offered is BAD. Its been days I am waiting for an answer from them for a pickup !Not mentionning that the overall experience is CRAP, they force you to buy their (very bad quality ) bike box etc.If you can buy or sell your stuff outside of Buycycle, DO IT

Very Disappointed A very slow process over 26 days from paying for bike to delivery Box arrived VIA UPS opened and battered and the frame was scratched .I advised Buycycle and seller of condition ,To be fair not the sellers fault as the packaging although probably ECO friendly it was poor quality even the tape to seal the box was like cheap masking paper ,What upset me more was Buycycles reply "You have 5 days to negotiate a compensation amount or discuss a suitable solution together. If no agreement is reached, buycycle’s claims team will take over" This was not the sellers fault it was buycycles ,I was left with no option but to cancel any claim and let the seller get paid Customer service is slow alsoI am just glad the bike was not €€€€€€s

Overall Pretty Good! I have bought and sold bike from a couple of other companies in this space. The Good: Pretty clear process, order flow, logistics, payment. What could be better. The "Could-be-Better" items: Website: Just hangs on multiple browsers - Chrome, Safari, IOS, etc. Links in some cases don't work like giving Buycycle my final evaluation. Darn! Bad one not to work, Finally, Packing instructions: One has to sort thru many videos to find the one that applies to what I received. Doesn't Buycycle know that in the age of cookies, machine learning and we haven't even gotten to needing AI (I was in this business as a consultant). All of that is 10 year + old technology... just have to use it. Since I have cycled for 30+ years and built, repaired, packed and shipped bikes many times, I can figure it out but other buyers may not. Make it fool proof. How about explaining each piece of packing material and how to use it. Videos I found, didn't match what I arrived. I augmented it because I know how Fed-Ex, UPS handle bikes... You should have seen how they threw it in the truck! LOL! You have to pack so they bike is Ape Proof! Thx!
