I like the fact that it was easy to ship. My only issue is I didn't get to choose which carrier delivered the package (bike). I didn't know who the carrier was until I got the labels printed out. For future reference fed ex are thief's the carrier takes the package and says he/she delivered it with a picture of a random door. It's happened multiple times so I refuse to use their servicesl.
Actually, the entire process went pretty well. I expected that thw only interest in the bike would be from someone local, but I ended up selling to a buyer 2000 miles away. The packaging provided by Buycycle was superb, along with the instructions how to pack and ship it.
The process of buying the bike was very simple. I was able to exchange emails with the seller and make an offer. The fact that buycycle holds the payment until I approved the bike after it arrived gave me added confidence in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend buycycle to anyone.
