Came to property to change pipes when they finished they left the front gardern in a mess not level holes every where stones an bricks every were out side on the foot path its like a mud bath left the path with mud every were disgusting firm they wouldnt leave there propertys like it .disgusting

Cadent Gas = useless eaters

Cadent is the Gas company contracted to do replacement Pipework to domestic housing to Meters in Hertfordshire. I filled in a complaint this morning on their website and also called them shortly afterwards. The very poor workmanship resulted in them rupturing the incoming mains cold water which has now leaked into my store room and damged my storage boxes containg tech and electronics and wasted one hour of my time this morning removing my goods still waiting to be packed away. They also failed to put the wall bracket on and together with the cold water valve handle just chucked it to the side. They didn't even bother cleaning up after themselves including leaving mud on my front door. The one I spoke to in their complaints department said I must call a plumber and fix it at my expense and then bill them. This is utterly digusting and not acceptable trash to employ to do this work on Council's part. Other than the back hander Tory corruption this lot must cease work and be retrained or replaced. They haven't even bothered to come and see the mess for themselves or made any courtesy call to show any comittment to the damages on my property in any way whatsoever today now 5pm.24/02/23 - In response to the reply you already have my name so all you need do is search for the 2 forms I filled in yesterday. If this is a delayed upload on your part then the matter has already been addressed by a few of the departments already resulting in some clueless as to what the report was for but as everyone knows it's designed to muddy the water some more. Well done. We will get there eventually.

The engineer I had was amazing and told me about preheat which I had no clue about. Also about ur cooker giving off carbon monoxide when on so open a window of my extracter fan isn’t working. He has only saved me money but also my friends and family. So thankful. Such an informative professional friendly guy! Thanks 🙏

I have had Cadent working in our road and they have moved to another road now where they left there

I have had Cadent doing work on my road I have noticed my garden wall is damaged where they parked the digger .. they have left it and not even knocked on the door to tell us of this damage ... very poor I will be contacting them ASAP

Awful company

Although the workmen were polite they were totally incompetent same as the office staff - I had an accident due to them leaving a barrier on my property which shouldn't have been there in the first place and they have refused to acknowledge it - speaking with endless staff and an incompetent staff who spew excuse after excuse - shouldn't be allowed to trade at all
