Cadent renewed the gas pipes in my road…

Cadent renewed the gas pipes in my road in October 2021. In the process they destroyed the gas verges in some areas leaving a muddy mess. They promised to reinstate the verges as found but despite many calls etc here we are 4 months later still not reinstated. They just ignore complaints and think just throwing a hand full of grass seed on a muddy mess is sufficient. If they are in your area dont put up with their shoddy work.

One is too good never known such poor service, although BT run them close, been trying to get gas connected to my property for months, just daily run around between Cadent , and Cadent solicitors. You need this, ok supplied, oh no not that also thisAnd round and round we goFolk need their heads banging together

We had a redundant gas pipe in our garden DE55 that turned out to still be live. The first response team and engineers Max, Jamie and the others have been absolutely fantastic so polite, friendly and kept us informed of what was happening all the time. They were very respectful of our property and did their absolute best to keep the disruption to a minimum. We couldn't get on our drive because the pavement had to be dug up, the engineers finished yesterday and to my delight another team turned up this morning and filled the holes in and told us the tarmac will be done later today. The teams that have been to our house are a credit to Cadent they really went the extra mile to make things as easy as possible for us and we appreciated it very much.

Very poor service

Very poor service , so unreliable and not trust worthy . Called multiple times the staffs just kept saying that they have called back . They don’t attend to customers instead record false information on system. The whole team should be changed.

Rubbish customer service

Want to thank the person on the phone when cancelled an NHS shift yesterday and they did not turn up and passing my phone number on (not!!!!!) to get called today!!!Also have a daughter who’s a student nurse helping out on all wards covid or not on shifts (nights) woken up 24 hours later and guess what still no gas.disgusting

One star is way too high

One star is way too high! A really rotten service from whoever you speak to. Extremely unhelpful and rude. Speciality is talking over the customer and not listening to a word they are saying. But what can you expect from staff who are unable to start any sentence or paragraph without the word 'so'.

There was cadent engineer outside and…

There was cadent engineer outside and he wanted to come in and do some checks but my landlord didn’t let me know he is coming. So I asked him for proof of being legit and he gave me his cadent id. I called customer support and gave them his name, surname, unique employee number and my postcode. They couldn’t follow with checks because they needed my exact address which I refused to give. Felt sorry for him but clearly that company don’t care about his and my safety.

The engineer ALAN COONEY came out to my house 8 partridge street Stretford m32 0se this evening Friday 14/1/22 he was absolutely brilliant very helpful and explained everything about the fault couldn’t of asked for a nicer man.
