They dont actually deliver international packages. They take the packages from reputable international courier to deliver locally but unless you call them and spend hours on the phone, they never intend to deliver said package. 2 days from germany to bucharest. 4 days and counting for a local delivery.
It takes more than 3 days to deliver from their warehouse Magurele to Bucharest. After more than 1h spent for waiting chatting, they do not have any clue about when they will deliver eventually. They like to register claims instead to deliver. I would not advice anyone to use them anymore. Of course, if possible...
It’s impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to. Long waiting times on the phone, insufferable robot voice and overall I wish I am never forced again to get a package from them.Just so you know: I have the app, i wrote emails and I called. Nothing.
They said they would deliver today afternoon but had caller in the morning while I wasn't home. Now it shows that it is at a warehouse in Bucharest. I hope I won't have to wait weeks to get it from there . They just send a message saying delivery attempted but they don't even try .

I took a day off work to wait for this package and I had the luck to just stay at home and wait. The last time you sent the package 2 streets away and i had to find the courier myself after I waited 3 days after the message that i received that said that the package will arrive ,, today".
-The worst customer service (inexistent)-They don't respond to emails-They mark the delivery as attempted or bad address (they don't call you or try to contact you in any way)-If you are in Romania please (for the love of God) avoid this company at any cost
