I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cargus Romania. My parcel got lost, and trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare. I spent hours on the phone attempting to reach customer service, only to end up in a chat with a representative named Andrea Gabor, who rudely ended the conversation without any justification. Such behavior is unacceptable, and employees like this should not be allowed to deal with customers. Companies that operate in such an unprofessional and careless manner should not be allowed to exist in a civilized world. Avoid Cargus at all costs!
Chat closes automatically if the user is inactive for more than 1 minute, but the waiting time is approx 15 mins. So you have to actually just watch your screen until an agent joins the conversation, otherwise you can never reach them as the chat closes. Additionally, I have been calling your designated number, 012 9330, for 3 days in a row, at different times and from different phone numbers - "the number is not available now, try later." The only time the number worked was during lunchtime when a robot picked up and said: we are at lunch now; call later (brilliant). I believe all of this is set up this way on purpose, as you probably are understaffed. I do not recommend it.
I got a call from a Cargus courier that started reading me the address out loud. I confirmed and asked about the time estimate. He told me his location. I asked again about the time estimate and he said I will not be receiving my package because I was being arrogant.The call center number 0219330 is not in use.
The only courier in Romania that is not able to deliver a package two days in a row, because "they have too much to deliver". Then they make you drive all the way to Măgurele to pick up the package yourself. Everybody breaks Black Friday deliveries, but my guys at Cargus have a 7-hour-a-day delivery program. Why take orders if you can't deliver? Why don't you at least drop the package at a collection point closer to your address? The worst delivery experiences I've only had with Cargus. The courier company that makes you pick up the package yourself. Dirt.
