Review Time
I had a delivery through Cargus Romania, and the delivery was not made because they claimed there was no phone number provided. It is incomprehensible that a phone number is mandatory for a delivery, especially when all the other relevant information, like the address, was available. The service was extremely unreliable and disappointing. I now have to take additional steps to receive my package. I will avoid using this service in the future and cannot recommend it.
I've had to contact costumer service 3 times because I had a package blocked in a warehouse. It didn't have my phone number attached to it, so I had to make 2 requests to add my phone number and deliver it, they ignored that, so I made a third request to let me go take it. They ignored that as well and 3 days later they send it back to germany from where it came. I let 1-2 days pass between requests to give them a chance to do something. All in all it took about 2-3 weeks and 3 requests only for the 4th time calling them to tell me that it was already sent back.
avoid this nonsense , they don't deliver and don't even call you and then they send you a sms to go to their place to pick up your payed stuff. not even kidding i waited 2 and a half week and then a friend picked up for me. I called and no one answers and the review about this was that i wasn't at home and then they wrote that i haven't cash but i payed with card.
I have never see so nasty ruthless I service ce who delivered my order. Because the phone tower did no work, so, I could not hear the phone when they arrived, they screamed and shouted at me that got all neighbourhoods out their houses. No manners, nonprofesionalism, nothing. I’ll never use them again. Stay away friends m such crooks.
Worst courier company ever. I made an order through Cargus and although the product arrived from Poland in two days and the payment was made, the individuals from Cargus refused to hand over the package. Avoid Cargus as much as possible!
