The worst experience ever .Reading the other comments , not a single one of them is mistaken or lie .I believe every single complaint .Plus at least 50% of the couriers of this company should be fired or reported and never be able to communicate with human beings again 😂 They are arrogant, and shitty. They refuse to deliver the order cuz they are lazy af and they make you to drive all the way to their warehouse to receive it .Even the big companies which cooperate with them , have the same problems and accept many complaints from the customers. For me , they run a fraud .Cancel them immediately and never order from them again .Cargus , sending international hate 🫶🏼
I had a really bad experience with this company recently. The courier called me for delivery before 9 am and I couldn't immediately pick up the phone. I called back in less than 5 minutes, however the courier refused to pick up. I tried reaching the courier several times in the next couple of hours but he again did not pick up and directly sent the package to their depot in another city. Now they are refusing to deliver the package and are asking me to go pick it up from their depot!
The courier did not even try to deliver the package, it went automatically to the locker without even a phone call.When called the courier did not even knew the address for delivery.this company is a scam, to be avoided at all costs!
i filed a complaint for a package, no updates no anything i have called, emailed, written to support nothing, and still after 2 weeks in their deposit i still don’t have my package; truly the worst experience i’ve had with a delivery company, if you can take your business elsewhere ex fan curier, dpd, sameday, gls; DO IT!
Even a one star is too much for this company. I was trying to reach out to customer support for 2 days, writing emails, calling for 2 hours straight, and I got 0 response!! I’m not from Romania and I don’t have Romanian phone number, without it you can’t register in application, which is something I’ve seen only 10 years ago. All other couriers and postal workers could find our home, but these ones couldn’t somehow. Terrible, just terrible from A to Z.
This company is the worst. After a huge delay and lots of phone calls still had to drive 30 km to finally receive my parcel because “it was to heavy and big to deliver with a regular car”. It fitted in my own trunk… such a shame, don’t ever pay for them to deliver!!

You must be confused about what you think you do and what you actually do.Short—I expected a simple package. The sender sent it on the 4th of December ( clear address for receiver ). The package arrived in a warehouse on the 5th, as per the Cargus App.Since I got no message or email about my package,I called Bucharest Ilfov's customer number. After only 16 minutes on hold (it was 9 a.m.), the operator asked if I requested that my package be picked up from the warehouse. I said no. You have my delivery home address. " OK, she says. I will inform my colleagues to deliver it at the address that was written from the beginning.Today, I called again. At 1 p.m., I guessed the customer rep from Bucharest Ilfov was already off duty, as the line went off immediately every time I tried calling.My luck came a bit later. I called another customer number and after waiting for the first time for 28 minutes and the second time for only 12 minutes , I got ahold of the Operator. Listen here: " We did not send your package as your address is in one area where we have several incidents, so we do not deliver anymore ( DPD, DHL, FUN Courier, GLS all delivers, no worries at all since always ..... )So I say, if this is the case, can I come personally on Monday to pick it up? " Unfortunately, no, the sender has to change the address !" she said.So, I pay for the goods to be shipped to me, but Cargus because I don't know what past and present issues they had with the area I am living for the past 30 years (touristic area, near Brasov on DN1, Canyon 7 steps, etc.) I cannot pick up even if I come in person!People, DO NOT USE CARGUS , they are on the wrong business !I tokk a photo from your rating page you have on Trustpilot and send it over to the company that shiped my goods. Guess what I recommended ? It's a brainer this one .....
The worst experience with a courier company. The attitude of the employees (those from the offices) leaves much to be desired. Parcel delivery in 17 days (when it was supposed to be delivered in 3 days). No one answers customer contact phones, and when it happens (after 20, 40, 50 minutes), you are scolded for mistakes that they also make. Before making a contract with this company, look at the rights and obligations of each party, the deadlines for resolving problems that arise are very long (that is, if they solve them). I have two open complaints with them, I have not received any response.Cea mai proasta experiență cu o firmă de curierat. Atitudinea angajaților (cei de la birouri) lasă de dorit. Livrare colet in 17 zile (cand trebuia livrat in 3zile). Nu raspunde nimeni la telefoanele de contact cu clienții, iar atunci cand se întâmplă (dupa 20, 40, 50 de minute), ești certat pentru greșelile care le fac tot ei. Înainte de a face un contract cu această firmă, uitați-vă la drepturile și obligațiile fiecărei părți, Termenele de soluționare a problemelor apărute este foarte mare (asta dacă le soluționează). Am două sesizări deschise la ei, nu am primit niciun răspuns.
