It took 2 weeks for a package that I've ordered from a company that's 6 hours away from where I live (same country).I only got the awb after a week, the awb doesn't tell you much, you basically get almost no information about where your package is at. Their website is not intuitive at all.Bad customer service:- Called them, they put me on hold for 20 MINUTES just for the call to disconnect...
Worst courier in Romania. Every single order I had delivered from them gets delayed, marked as attempted and then they notify me to pick it up myself from some deposit 1,5 hrs away. Every.Single.One.They don't deliver parcels. The make YOU come to pick it up because of how deceitful and incompetent they are.It baffles me that reputable companies still hire them as no sane person would ever hire their services.
Currently the worst courier company in Romania ! Unimaginably bad services ! For more than a week I have not received a package that arrived in Romania via PPL. Complaints made in vain, time wasted and that's it. The supervisors/managers are not interested in the customers !
The worst of the worst! I am only using Cargus when it is the only available shipping option and I always complain about their services hoping they will be ditched by all partners and go bankrupt. Parcels lost, delayed, moved between delivery locations without notice. Truth be told, they are only the sum of their employees which employees are beyond pathetic. Hope they'll be bought and just shut down, firing all employees without benefits.
This company is simply dreadful. I have no idea how they became a partner of DHL but I'll do my best to change that, I don't care how many complaint email it will take.I have sent a package from Germany via DHL which then was subsequently managed by Cargus In Romania. The package seems to have been in the delivery van for a week then returned to one of their package centres. My dad is retired and is usually at home all week, we have plenty of neighbours who are also at home most times. Cargus never called or contacted despite having phone and email data.Trying to reach them is impossible, to get detailed tracking one needs to register an account, why? There is no customer service by phone and their chatbot does not work either.I really hope that they will not last long on the market, and waste peoples' time and nerves.
Like a lot of delivery companies in Romania, these people are unprofessional, rude and lazy. They create problems and make your delivery as hard as possible. I won't even talk about customer service, because I will have to use an innapropriate vocabulary to describe them.
They cannot be reached by email or telephone number. Sent two emails regarding two different problems and I got no response.- Couldn't return my Amazon packages thanks to them, since they "handle the returns". - Did not receive an external package because they refused to redirect it to another location, to which I was willing to pay extra or pay the shipment fee again.
