Review Time
Took over 2 weeks to get refund of my deposit back after numerous phone calls & emails. Shocking customer service. Most cars have deposit taken to which are probably not exactly true as the car I put a deposit down still says deposit taken!!!
Worst experience ever bought a Citroen berlingo van from them in June Dan the sales rep called me to say the van was ready to pick up after 12 months mot was placed on it and a door trim with damage had been removed and replaced. When I arrived he said trim was still to arrive they would courier it to my address. When I arrived home 280 miles away discovered only 6 months mot since then problems sensor needs replaced after several phone calls and emails spoke to Murray the Manager very arrogant brushing things off making promises. Currently contacted Trading standards
I will never ever, ever, ever use this company specifically the Falkirk branch again. I went to test drive a car (which by the way the let me test drive with the car being without its MOT). I was told that we had 7 days from when I test drove the car to decide if we wanted it. I was told that if I put a £100 deposit down, then it could go towards my £500 deposit of the car but if I decided in the 7 days that I no longer wanted the car I could get it back. Today I called asking for the refund and was told “I’m wasting their time”. It was a very unprofessional and accusatory phone call. Nav made me feel belittled and bad for changing my mind when: 1- that is a basic human right 2- That is a fundamental consumer right I was given an e-mail to contact after the phone call regarding my dispute only for it to bounce back. I am disgusted and I recommend everyone stay clear from this branch or avoid putting a deposit down because you won’t get it back.

Says removed fake feed back but none of them are fake don’t get a car from this place especially do not deal with the total fu#*.ng kn$b murry thinks he knows it all and can detect if you have been ragging your car by the stickers on it 🤣🤣🤣 shut his mouth once he found out their was a black box on it total t@at why he is still employed in heir I do not know with the reviews about him thinks he is a total wide boy when he is nothing but a total sleaze the staff don’t even like him and they will tell you this yet he is still their karma is a b#tch and we all hope it catches up with you soon conning people with false advertising and false sale of car and this is without me telling the full story about what’s happened but I’ll save that for later 👍
This company will scam you, read all the negative reviews and take note. They have also been caught purchasing positive reviews to get there rating up. You have been warned. Don't be fooled by what you think is a good deal there cars are riddled with faults.
