Not even worth one star, bought a car from. Cars for you in July last year and not even 2 months later things started going wrong with it, called them to be told nothing to do with them the car still isn't fixed, even though it was bought under 6 months ago. They should fix it from what trading standards have said. Biggest cowboys going just want your money and don't want to hear any issues after purchasing from them, would never recommend this company to anyone,
I bought my 1st car with this company last Nov. Quickly realised it had no heating, I got a local garage to check it after trying numerous places who wouldn't entertain their warranty company... Momentum. It was the heating matrix that needed replaced. (£700( Here is where the star of the show Murray comes in! I was willing to take it to one of their garages for them to fix but he was having none of it. After alot of back and forth He said to take it to my local garage again to repair and they'll pay for it. This is what I done until it came to payment... he was never to be heard of and I was out of pocket. Luckily the garage owner told me you have the right to go to small claims court if it's within 6 mths. I was put in contact with trading standards based in Edinburgh who contacted Murray every wk for at least a month promising payment and that's when I put the claim into Edinburgh Sherriff. As soon as those court papers were filed money was in my bank. Please don't wait for months waiting for Cars4you to call back or do the right thing as they wont and want you to waste your time. Contact trading standards asap!
Con man company. Take your money then literally a week after the car breaks down they say it was fine when sold. There's no way a gear box is worn down in1 week!! I put the car in a garage it be told its cars4u fault and of course car4u deny it. They even had a non knowledge manage called Murray who said to put it in their own garage and that garage said they don't take their cars and highly recommended the garage it's in!!! This is now in the hands of my solicitor who firmly believes I will get every penny back since the law is in my favour. I'm shocked cars4u don't know anything about the law when selling goods!!
Don’t buy cars from car4youI purchased a kia venga from Broxburn showroom on the way to home I realised that petrol meter gauge and car stereo is not workingI called to the Car 4 You Broxburn showroom and informed about the complaint.I’m calling from October 2 to until December one continuously .Each time when I called, someone will pick up the call and say that they will call me back, but no one will call back and not having any solution for this problem. I directly went three times there, in Broxburn showroom, and And they are not solved my problem They are not ready to repairAnd when I purchased the car, they said the second key they will send through postal within one week. It’s been three months now until now they did not send me the key. Car 4 You is an idiot Company their customer service is very bad and they will not do anything what they promised. don’t by any cars from there you will be trapped They are very irresponsible persons
never ever anything from this dodgy company with fake MOTS and broken cars, and Murray that crack addicted head is the biggest scam in that rat dealership. Never ever recommend to anybody go buy cars somewhere else the amount of bad experience from this garages is absolutely joke, I wonder how they still operate scumbags

AFTER RENEGING ON MY DECISION TO BUY A CAR, HEARING THE HORROR STORIES OF OTHERS AND NOTICING MORE THAN ONE OR TWO ANOMALIES IN MY OWN EXPERIENCE, THEY SEEM TO THINK THEY CAN KEEP A £300 DEPOSIT WITHOUT ME SO MUCH AS TOUCHING THE CAR......NO PROBLEMS GENTS, TO THE LAWYERS WE GO 🚶♂️
Absolute shambles of a company!! Stay clear.Financed a car and was fobbed off for 3 weeks about when I could pick car up. Lied to constantly telling me they would phone me back in 5 minutes , or the next day then the next. Had my car sitting for 3 weeks and told me they do multiple checks to make sure it's safe LOL! When I picked my car up it had a scratch on door, key was broken, headlight scoosher cover was missing, bumper wasn't clipped on properly, scratch in inside window, service warning light comes on telling me car needs serviced although the car was in the dealerships yard for 3 weeks being serviced, motd and seemingly made perfect to drive. l've had the car 2 weeks I don't have a log book or green slip, I can't tax the vehicle myself as I don't have these. The dealership told me that they tax the car, so I filled in direct debit form and left my details for the dealer to set up my car tax in my name. 2 weeks down the line l've still no tax on my car. 100% stay away from this company they are absolutely clueless. I've had to get finance company involved and complaints department. What an absolute shambles of a place. Take your money elsewhere
Hi I want to share my experience with cars4you. It was a big totally nightmare bummer experience. It was totally unexpected.I don’t know how they passed the MOT . By putting GLUE on the big sidewall damage on the two of the tires 🛞 Even in the previous MOT the tires were in the advisory.And our dealer Rose said why would you change new tires it was totally DANGEROUS AND DAMAGED.Also the screen wash wasn’t working so how can they pass the MOT.Even the headlights weren’t working.He also said we will clean the car beautifully but they didn’t.It is very disappointing.After that they kept on delaying it.Almost for two to three weeks.After that I brought the car 🚘 home.I payed full cash and I used some of my credit cards.💳 Then my friends came over to see and they said this car is banned from the UK and Scotland 🏴. They didn’t tell us so I was in stress now.So I went to Broxburn branch. Sales staff became very rude after the sale was completed. The owner Mohammamad Usman was quite rude.It ripped us off thousands of pounds of our hard earned money on taking the car back the next two days. This car was in misleading information . Terms & condition wording was very misleading which clearly states car can be returned within 14 days & was told after buying car this applies only for distance sales .So I wouldn’t recommend cars4you to ANYONE it was the worst service and experience ever.
