Bagged a well-maintained Honda Civic

Talk about a pleasant surprise! Walked in thinking I'd be stuck with some boring sedan, but these guys got me into a Volkswagen Arteon. It's like driving a spaceship, I swear. They really know how to match a car to your personality.

Couldn’t fault Zeb in the slightest

Couldn’t fault Zeb in the slightest, bought a car and it needed some work done, he made sure that everything was done prior to receiving the car, his customer service is 10/10 always makes you feel welcome, will definitely be back in the future when it’s new car time! Thanks Zeb!

Very helpful/friendly dealership

Couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. This was my first time getting a car in the UK. This dealership had a great rang of cars and great staff who were always very helpful to answer all my questions. Zeb and his team were very patient and helpful with me as I needed time to gather documents and understand the process. Zeb ensured to always update me on the process with the car and was happy to answer my questions and seek additional support for me when needed. This dealership had cars at a great price, allowed for test drives and provided great prices if something was needed on the car also. Couldn’t recommend this dealership enough as it was evident that they look out for their customers and go above and beyond to ensure they get what their customer is looking for.

Amazing EV range here

The comfort on long drives is unreal. No more stiff legs after road trips in our Chrysler Pacifica.

NEVER JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER

Wow despite the negative reviews, you won't know until you try it or buy it!! Before coming over to one of cars4you branch. It's not what I expected. Staff was welcoming offered me water. Had a lough with other colleagues in there. And then Hamza and Murrey helped me find the right car i was looking for. Done like 3 test drives at this point, but finally for the BMW I wanted. They done all the necessary stuff on the like MOT service etc got all the wheels refurbished to my choice of colour aswell for a very reasonable price. Got an extended warranty as a goodwill. Honestly I wasn't expecting from what I've heard. So the moral of the story is "NEVER JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER".Overall 100% recommended and will br back for the next car in couple of years.

It seems to be a recurrent issue with this company, all the reviews seem to be exactly the same. The vehicles seem to be fine until they are checked by an independent, and low and behold there's a massive of issues. Exactly the same story with the car I bought 3 weeks ago. Took it to my usual garage for a scraping sound(which actually seemed to be the top of the iceberg) and found that the car had issues that should have been rectified prior to allowing it back on the road, and what's more, shouldn't have passed its MOT which was carried out TWO days before collection! I've gone through the relevant channels in terms of reporting it it to DVSA and the motor ombudsman. The "managers" are very skilled at talking over the top of you, and trying to shutting you down so that you don't actually get a chance to speak. From the other reviews, I've been able to make choices, and instruct the finance company that they will not act as they should according to the law. Avoid this company.

Don't use cars4u…

Bought a suzki swift from cars4u Dunfermline, the heater on the back windscreen wasn't working. They had the car for a week while the whole back window was to be replaced as apparently the heater is integral and can't be fixed separatelyIt was end of March by the time I got the car back, I was unable to test to see if the heating strip was working until this morning only to discover it didn't work, and clearly had never been fixed. I called Dunfermline and then Broxburn only to be told after 6 months they only had my word for this and I should contact someone to look at it. Do not use this company they are not trustworthy.

TRUST THE OVERWHELMINGLY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND AVOID

They don't know or care about your consumer rights. Long story short, sold me a faulty car, I claimed a refund as within my rights, they made this long and difficult, before getting abusive phone calls from an arrogant scrote called Murray who's the main manager and mentioned frequently in these reviews, saying how I'm being difficult and pedantic and how he's glad not to do business with the likes of me blah blah blah, if only you knew the law and respected it Murray. You made the whole process go on and on instead of just doing what you ended up doing in the end anyway and giving me my money back. Little sausage syndrome.
