Unbelievable. CashStar has one single job: take payment and email a code. They failed completely.I was forced to use their service to buy a Roblox gift card on June 14th. My payment went through in seconds. The actual gift card? Never showed up. It's been days. It's just not coming.What kind of joke is this? You can't just take people's money and not deliver the product. That's not a "service," that's theft. I'm now stuck in a support loop trying to get my money back.Zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.-----Edit:Whilst not the most ideal route of conduct. Cashstar did reimburse me of my funds. Hence I've updated my star rating. Complete Scam. My husband bought a cashstar gift card from WellBiz for Amazing Lash Studio for $250.00.The gift card arrived, but it does not work.When I tried to use it, it was declined.There is no one to get in touch with.This is a complete scam. Do not buy.
This company is terrible. They contract with companies to sell company gift cards. They send you contradicting emails confirming your order and that the gift cards will be mailed. Then another email saying your order was declined. It’s not easy to get someone on the phone and when you do they can’t tell you why it was declined and that I’d have to wait several days to see the credit or follow up in 3 days. What a scam!
Twice now I've tried to buy digital giftcards, the money disappears from my bank account and they just email me "Unable to process your digital giftcard". No context. Support had no answers.Give me my money back or give me working codes.
Buyer Beware CashStar.com is fraudlent gift card processor. If you purchase a gift card for someone who cannot access their email account, they will not issue a credit, even if you provide proof of purchase and accompanying documentation. They will give you the runaround by telling you to go back to the merchant. Class action lawsuit needs to be filed.grubhub.cashstar.comstill waiting for CashStar to respond.
Purchase egiftcard for playstation. When purchasing, company did not state anything about countries that you cant redeem it in and let me order with a Canadian card. meanwhile, when I get the gift card, it says I cannot redeem in Canada. I called customer support 3 times. 1st time all I got was someone breathing on the other line and a tv in the background. 2nd time they said they can't help me and said call PSN. 3rd time I was finally given some help and the lady said I will get a refund within 4-48hrs. I hope that actually happens because i wasnt given any other information. Such a scam to allow you to purchase a gift card with no terms provided, but then when you receive the email with the card they want to provide 2 pages of terms and conditions. Really disappointed. $60 down the drain. Should've read these comments before, but I just got the website from PSN themselves so I thought it would be fine. Buyer beware.
Same issue as others with Lululemon gift card. Lululemon only says to call Cashstar. They do not take calls from outside the US. Two purchases made with different payment methods both immediately received "unable to process order ".. one is pending on credit card, the other payment posted via PayPal. Only saw these reviews after... I had seen from reddit others claiming it was legit. Is there any hope for me ???
I read a review of someone with a similar experience. Lululemon issued me a gift card for $83.83 before I could use it someone else had redeemed it. I contacted Lululemon and they issued me a new one for $85.00 within 2 days someone had redeemed it for $82.88. Lululemon will not help me anymore. I would like to solve the issue. Any ideas?
Its already been almost 2 hours since i purchased a simple 10$ Roblox Giftcard. By now i still didn`t receive it. The first email is unable to process or something like that and then i got an email for it confirming that it went thru. Well it took money from my mothers bank and didn`t receive any giftcard with the code attached to it. This is taking to long and i just needed it for something quick.As of now 06/02/2025I received my refund but not in totally. Received the 10usd but in the bank it says like 40 ron which is like 9 usd or even more. Basically they ripped my mom off a dollar.
