Terrible company. Stole my money and they make it impossible to find them and contact them. I have a Best Buy gift card (physical card). I’ve called Best Buy several time and finally was told to contact Cashstar. Every time I call cashstar they forward me to bust buy customer support. My issue isn’t with Best Buy! The gift card balance got zeroed out for no reason and all the money is gone. Why can’t they take my call and work on my issue? Shady af.
Update: company made it right and sent e-gift cardIf I could give 0 stars I would, purchased $100 Texas Roadhouse gift card card on April 1st, never received the egift card. Waited and waited, now it’s over a month later and still never received anything. Waste of a $100
