Bought a roblox 60€ card, everything worked etc etc but didn't get the email to redeem it. Contacted support, and never got an answer.Edit: got an answer, but they just say the order has not been processed; though on the site, it says it has been processed successfully, and the gift card is there. Though there is no way to claim in, because I need a mail to arrive, BUT IT DIDN'T

I just bought total $40 robux gift card at July 23 2025. And today when I write this, I still not receive my robux yet. I paid that via PayPal and as I check my transaction history on PayPal it said pending. Now I didn't want the robux, I just want to refund.
