Great experience from start to finish with CHAMPION WINDOWSSales rep (Mike Bradley) was great (and I don't usually like salesmen) and everything went as promised. Install team was great! Did a GREAT job for us. The windows look BEAUTIFUL and really make a HUGE DIFFERENCE with the heat of the direct sun - as promised. The install crew was Professional, Neat, personable and did a great job cleaning up as well.I would definitely recommend CHAMPION WINDOWS to anyone looking to have windows done. Great Product, great company from start to finish. Well worth the money!
All in All the installer went about there jobs with confidence and a job well done goes out to them. The one thing that went wrong is when a I called in about the door not locking properly and there was a 4 week wait time until a repair man could come out. I have used this company before and would use them again.
The company police is if you cancel an order there is A 30% restock charge I understand that but when it is champions fault and order can not be filled . They still want to charge the 30 % restock charge. I think waiting 6 months and still no window is fair. I can not get A refund. I would call that steeling
We are a returning customer who already have experienced Champions great customer service. Our salesperson Mike Bradley had a excellent presentation. He answered all our questions and met my expectations. Mike told us to expect our windows to come in between 4-6 weeks. They came in ahead of schedule. Our installers Guilherme and Flavio were great. They showed up on time and completed the job by end of day. They cleaned up our property and even blew off the driveway. They met our expectations and we were overall more than please with Champion Windows whole process. I would recommend Champion products and service.
