Review Time
The sales team was easy going and presented the information really well. Ultimately they listened to what was driving us (budget) and worked to find a solution. The installers were fast and professional, and the quality so far seems above big box competitors. We really liked the factory model, it allowed us to move 4 weeks ahead of the schedule other companies gave to us.
This is there worst company to ever use. They broke siding and sill without notifying me. Now I am have been waiting since February for them to fix the issues. They say the issue is on the subcontractor. I did not hire nor pay the subcontractor. Champion is responsible for the repairs and they refuse to take the responsibility. First I fought with champion for months and now I am fighting with liberty mutual, which is not a consumers job. Stay away from Champion and liberty mutual. No it is time to get a lawsuit filed and spend more time fighting with 2 worthless companies. All they want to do is collect the money and produce very sub par work.
A deposit was given for replacement window 11/20/20 it is now 6/3/21 and no window. They will not refund the deposit. They said I can cancel the order but they will charge 30% restock fee. I did not cause the problem. They did try to install wrong window they new it was the wrong window but sent the install crew out with it hoping it would not be noticed
Scheduled appointment a week ago, received 2 emails were I confirmed appointment. Also received text reminder and after all that, sales person no showed me without even a call. Just glad I didn't do business with them if they cant even keep an appointment!
