Patrick was extremely helpful and thorough in his presentation, outlining the siding options as well as detailing the financial options we would have should we choose Champion. He answered all our questions and was extremely helpful in guiding us towards the option that would best suit our needs.
Our sales rep, Ari, did a very comprehensive job in sharing pertinent information about the Champion Windows product. He provided us with information regarding all components impacting a purchase, including composition of the window, energy efficiency and cost comparisons. We left the appointment with all needed information regarding the purchase of windows. I’m confident in their product and recommend Champion Windows.
The sales man was great! The customer service was lacking greatly. Window manufacturing takes about 12 weeks. During this time little communication. My windows were full of caulking and 1 window installed was the wrong window which I waited another 12 weeks for. I also provided 3 referrals.. 4 jobs total and 2 of 4 had issues.
'They provided the worst service ever we would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone. We had repeated problems, delays and excuses, and even the district and regional manager intervening did not solve our issues. We are still waiting for new locks and install of new locks because our doors do not lock, we have waited over a month to have that done. We will never do business with them again not a word from them. We have hired an attorney to pursue legal action against the champion here in Albuquerque to be reimbursed for every penny that we have paid to them.
