My wife and I met with Rich from Champion. He was vary knowledgeable about the products. He was able to cover all of our questions, and we did have a lot of questions. We are doing 6 windows as well as siding. It looks like the windows and siding will be a definite savings with our energy costs. Their products are made the USA. These changes to our house are way over due. I'm confident we made the right choice to work with Champion. Thanks again Rich.
Would like to give a shout out to Jason Walker, Factory Representative of Champion Windows. Jason came to our home tonight to talk to us about window replacements for 15 windows. He was very informative on the product that he is selling, and made us feel comfortable with the big decision of deciding to go with Champion Windows for our window replacements. I reviewed this company based on my experience back in March 2024. I won't go over the details, but after much effort, the company agreed to and finally refunded 1/2 of my 30 % deposit for a project that I determined was not cost effective. I am sure they make quality products, however, they do cost considerably more than Window World of the Upstate (of SC) so before signing any contract with Champion, I would recommend that you have Window World give you an estimate. They also have a lifetime warranty on all of their products and I had them install windows in 7 openings for less than the cost of only 3 openings from the quote by Champion. The amount of energy transfer between the two company's products could not justify the extra expense.
I purchased 6 Champion sliding windows and a front door. These replaced my existing windows and door which were made from sub-standard material and were poorly installed on my newly built home. My new Champion windows are well insulated and correctly installed. I got to watch them do it so I know it was done correctly. I now have triple pane glass windows where both sides open and each side can be completely removed for cleaning. The windows are HEAVY and sturdy. You can easily see how well made they are. They also have a special coating to help protect from sun. These are excellent windows! I also had a new front door put in as the original one (only 1.5 years old) was literally falling off the hinges! I purchased a 3 glass sectioned door that would let light in and allow me to see the front of my house. It is so beautiful! It is also very thick, sturdy and well insulated. I watched them install it to perfection. They worked very quickly and efficiently. We had 4 installers who were very professional and skilled! Everything went like clock work. I was kept well informed all the way through the process and they worked with me to make sure the timing was good for me. The whole process from order to completion was smooth. I got a good price and a 15 year warranty! I will do more business with the Ft Collins Champion location and will be recommending them to all my neighbors in Cheyenne! Oh, and they even set up the City Inspection for me to make sure the City of Cheyenne was happy with their workmanship. Very Professional!
