James came all the way from Greenville (an hour away on a good traffic day) and was so helpful. He was thorough in explaining exactly what we were investing in and how this investment would work for us, and pay off in the long run. He worked hard to help us figure out financing options without pressuring us into making a decision or committing to something we didn’t want to. No sleazy sales tactics here! He took the time to interact with all 5 of my children and make them feel important too, instead of a nuisance and that meant so much to them and to us. He suggested a plan forward and reassured us he would be here to help every step of the way and I absolutely believe he will. I have confidence in Champion’s windows and even more confidence in their customer service thanks to James.
The Champion factory representation was very thorough in explaining the benefits of Champion windows, the quality, the durability, and the warranty. He assessed my current windows and even helped me properly close and lock two of them that were not fully seated in the frame. He listened to me describe my issues and provided me with options to lower the cost of the windows. In addition to windows, he inspected my doors and helped me choose options for replacing them. Following the initial appointment, he responded to my request for additional information and answered all of the questions that I had in regard to the execution of the project.
I would like to start with my wonderful sales representative Matthew Tillery. Matthew entered my home with professionalism and gentleness not found in many sales personnel. He is a very likeable person that one could be friends with easy. My wife and I had been wanting a sunroom for several years but did not think that we could afford it. Before contacting Matthew we were pursuing Patio Enclosures. Patio Enclosures was too expensive and said that it would be cheaper for us to get the roof installed first and then pay 70K for the sunroom. No one would build a roof over our patio so we were at a dead end. Being a previous president of my homeowner's association, I remembered one of my neighbors using Champion to build their sunroom so I looked up their ARC request and thought I would give them a call. This was one of the best calls that I ever made. Champion made our dream come true and installed our beautiful sunroom at an affordable price with the roof. We look forward now to watching our grandchildren play in the backyard without us getting bit by mosquitoes. Thanks Matthew and the Champion construction team!!!!
Joe Aleto my sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, I really did appreciate that. I did purchase my windows at that time. Kudos to Joe!!However, I would like to mention that when I made the appointment initially I received a call acknowledging the appointment and then got several emails, texts and phone calls confirming my appointment. I understand that you need to remind people, but I feel it was too much, just a thought.
