Chris Cloud was great! He was explained everything very well however the product sells itself. They are really good quality windows at what seems to be a reasonable price. 71 years in business certainly says something about the company and the product. We have been looking to replace windows for years now. We finally found a company that we felt comfortable with after talking and seeing many different demos. These are not typical builders grade windows. They are triple pane and quality built windows. 👌
The salesman told me that I would not hear cars anymore at all, but I would hear a semi truck through my "sound proof" windows. He lied as I hear cars and there is no difference! I did not need new windows!! I had great windows in place! I agreed to buy "sound proof" windows so that I could finally get a good night's sleep....I did not receive sound proof windows that I cannot hear cars through!!! I need sound proof windows installed as I agreed to, or I need a refund!
We purchased a 4-Season sun room from Champion, Omaha Nebraska. Andrew was a very detailed salesmen and so was Jacob. Matt & Miles installed the sun room and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Champion and we are very pleased with our new sun room
Made an appointment on Saturday, 17 Feb 24 with Jim for Monday, 19 Feb at 2:00PM. It’s now 3:19PM…no show, no call, no explanation, no nothing. Bad business from the jump. Hopefully they don’t do that to anyone else. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. My time is as valuable as yours. So thanks but no thanks!
