My experience with Champion Windows was a good one! The sales rep, Richard Bergin arrived right on the scheduled time and was professional in all aspects of the presentation! He went out of his way to put me at ease, and to answer all my questions and explain the whole process! No pressure sales call, thanks, Richard .
Our salesman was polite and very helpful but the finished product has some issues accdg to my daughter who's renting this house she's not that happy w it bec it's too tight to open tha patio door. Altho they came back and was told in due time it will loosen up and be easier..wth?.she's petite and short. Do something better than that Champion!!!! Not happy w that reply at all....
Champion windows were installed in 5 of my windows in 2023. I love them. I decided to get the remainder of the windows in my house that are builder grade windows updated to more energy efficient windows and since Champion did such a great install on the 5 I had them do last year, I contacted them again to do the remaining 4 windows. The saleperson was very nice and understanding. She explained things about how things have changed since last year. She also said I could request the same duo that came last year to do the window install, for this year. I liked them as they were very good about clean up. The Champion windows I have, have made a noticeable difference in my heating bill and my cooling bill. I can hardly wait to have the whole house done now.
So far so good. We ordered 7 windows from out salesman who appeared to be very knowledgeable. In the next 8 to 10 weeks we hope to received the windows and are just as happy as the initial sales experience. Prices were competitive and so far we are very pleased.
