Sales representative was on time and presented a good demonstration of the product. Two months later widows were ready and installed. Started on a Thursday morning and finished Friday afternoon, the rush was displayed toward the end of the install with a couple of windows being sloppy. The guys repaired those windows prior to leaving. One window had broken glass but was still together so it was installed with a replacement ordered with about a 3 week due date. So 8 weeks later the broken widow arrived and was installed, the reason was a staff member didn't order the part for a few weeks. A few weeks later as time allowed for a better view of the install, a few widows did not appear to be flashed properly. Scott from installation came to view the problem and within a couple of days a crew repaired the issues. Dealing with our local office staff was great in solving our problem. Overall the windows work well, and are providing greater comfort within.

Marty, listened to all our wants and needs, walked us through the quote so we had a clear understanding and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Windows are ok, customer service and installation are terrible. I signed a contract in may 2023. It took them 3 months to get me the information needed for my HOA approval. Then they didn’t tell me that my factory order would not be placed until HOA approval obtained. So another 3 months goes by and when the windows are delivered they are the wrong size. Another month goes by and “right” windows come in but installer doesn’t show up for scheduled appt. Then they show up on a day that i specifically said i couldn’t have them come. Windows finally installed 7 months after contact. A month later windows are leaking and they tell me they were installed upside down! Waiting now for them to fix that issue. Meanwhile a mechanics lien has been filed on my property for not paying 5% of a $4000 contract. And no one returns calls. Stay away from this outfit.
I knew very little about Champion Windows and I am very glad I contacted them. The sales representative Charlie Mandt was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained in detail the quality and warranty coverage of their windows. Now I have peace of mind and know I will have a great product installed.
So far so good!Our 12-food slider panel needed to be replaced, and this is definitely not in our budget right now. But the Champion sales agent, Lance, was so very kind, patient, and helpful. He really took his time with us and explained every aspect of the project - company credentials, product details, installation, warranty, payment options, service, and pricing. The bid came in considerably lower than other companies and contractors.We are so excited to get our new patio door package installed, and if the rest of the project is anything like our initial encounter, it will be excellent!
