Jordan was exceptional and willing to meet at whatever time was convenient for me. He was diligent in explaining all options as well as walking us through how to evaluate each window. Honest and patient - I definitely recommend him and this company!
Brian was our sales man he spent time going over the different types of windows, options and warranties. We picked out the windows and the company sent out someone to remeasure and verify all measurements. They double check sizes before making the windows. We were notified that the windows were in and scheduled installation. My installers Nathan and John were great. They were a well oiled team and moved through the house removing and installing windows and cleaning up behind themselves as they went. They installed 18 windows on the first day and returned the next day to finish triming the outside. We are very happy with workmanship and the new look of our house.
Great and thorough presentation by Duane Connor. He answered all of our questions. He showed us information about the windows and how well they are made. He was friendly and easy going. Duane did demonstrations of how we can save energy and possibly lower our electric bill with Champion windows. Helped us out with the price so that we couldn’t say no. We are excited to get our new windows installed.
Water-damaged chimney chase due to no kickouts (water diverters) installed! Told us we had to fix it before they would replace the siding on our chimney chase. Champion found more damage (around windows and doors). We fixed around the chimney and now they refuse to reimburse us.
