Review Time
A very long wait for my front door and storm door. Installers were quick and efficient. I did expect a little more “soundproofing” but still hear as much noise as my old windows. The biggest disappointment was working with Greensky and lack of response from the St. Louis Manager. One phone call would have resolved issues but it took talking to two people above her to get a response and resolution. Her response time was totally unacceptable. It took roughly a month to get a simple email. She never did return my calls.
Dan was amazing in helping us with the process of getting new windows. He was very well informed on the product, very helpful and able to answer all questions. I’m amazed at the difference the new Champion windows have made in my house. The installers were also very professional and helpful. 100% recommended.
I am offering, a personal 5 minute review of Champion Windows for anyone who really wants to make sure they are making a great buy--which you will NOT be with them. If you message me on FB I will call you back at a time of your convenience. Also, a great next step (to show how truthful I am being) is to check the Better Business Bureau site where you will find they have well over 600 complaints (an F rating and are NOT accredited) in the last year and almost 1600 in past 3 years and then check the competition who have ZERO- maybe 30ish.... those complaints and the # of them tell the entire story. I gave them MORE than a chance to fix my issue and they failed---now they failed at another offer so I plan to be here for a while!WHAT-- if Champion Windows took this seriously they would call me not simply state this on a review--- you cannot make this up... horrible!
I have had my champion windows for 30 years. We had a window break over 1.5 years ago and called Champion to fix it under the warranty. They have sent the tech out 3 times with the wrong size glass for replacement, even though the tech gave them the correct measurements the first time. The scheduler too hasn't returned my calls even though she says to call her back to schedule. It has been very frustrating to get this repaired and way too long. I would think any other window company would have had it fixed right the first time! Very disappointed in the company's ability to provide great customer service.
