I had to switch from a UK residential mortgage to an Expat mortgage as I now live overseas. Very glad I chose John Charcol to manage this as Oliver who managed to find me the deal was thorough and very helpful in application process and afterwards Jenny who managed all the legal/admin part afterwards was again helpful and professional throughout. Happy to use them in future.
