Alvin was excellent. He is knowledgeable, very thorough and showed initiative. Adverse entries had been wrongly added to my credit report without my knowledge after I moved house. I was very concerned but Alvin advised me and put my mind at rest. I had the entries removed and, in the meantime, Alvin found a good mortgage. Fiona was also very helpful.
