She went well over and above to find me the right product, navigating complex hurdles and being professional and acting as an advisor all the way. She honestly deserves a massive raise! I cannot say enough good things about John Charcol. I chose them after doing an online search for mortgage brokers who could assist people moving back to the UK after living overseas. Georgijs found us a great mortgage. Not just an okay considering we had just moved back after a lengthy stint abroad mortgage, but a great mortgage full stop. He was very responsive to questions, and Zerena on his team checked in with us regularly throughout the process. Kirtan my broker and Jenny client relationship manager have both been super helpful, reply quick to emails and text, and give first class service. Kirtan went above and beyond to get my dad and I a mortgage length that another broker couldn’t get us. He even offered me advice on other matters unrelated to mortgage. Both Kirtan and Jenny are super friendly, polite and they never made me feel like I’m asking too many questions. They answered my questions and concerns with kindness and patience. I rarely ever write reviews but reading reviews helped me find the correct people for my life changing decision (buying a property!) I hope my review will help someone else choose Kirtan, as I would choose him again in the future.
