Horrible. I bought it accidentally since their google campaign pops up for every search.I wrote to them 2 weeks ago requesting a refund and they never answered.Furthermore I noticed that somebody wanted to use my credit card for Amazon days after I paid with at Chattly (I have geo location and MFA setup so they could not charge/verify)
Total rip off, like others thought I was signing up for latest Gemini version, these guys turn up on the top on the search and have a very convincing opening page looks like your subscribing to Gemini …. Looks like I have joined others on this thread that fell for it. Looked for a refund immediately and am being told they will not. Moral of the story …. Before any purchase …. Check Trust Pilot
I was looking to subscribe to Gemini AI, when I searched the site came up saying it was for Gemini. The price was 90usd. I subscribed and then only after paying did I see the word Chatly. I immediately emailed asking for a refund and now 4 days later no response. I am disputing with Credit Card.
⚠️ Avoid Chatly — highly unfair refund practices.I met all the conditions for a FULL refund under their own policy (time + usage), yet they refused and tried to push only a 50% refund. I only got my 100% money back through a bank chargeback (Revolut).If I hadn’t escalated it, I would have lost the money.Be very careful — support does everything to avoid issuing proper refunds.
I searched for "Claude Pro" on Google and clicked on what I thought was the official site. Turns out it was Chatly AI running misleading sponsored ads designed to confuse people into thinking they're buying Anthropic's Claude.Their website mimics Claude's branding. They claim to offer "premium Claude models" but don't even have Opus 4.5.I realized my mistake immediately, never used the service, and requested a refund. Three emails later: complete silence. No response, no refund, nothing.Now I'm disputing the charge with my bank and reporting them to Google Ads and the FTC.Stay far away from this company. If you want Claude, go directly to claude.ai.
