I was scammed by Chatly. I was looking to purchase a Claude subscription and accidentally clicked on their link as it came up as one of the top results and looked like Claude. I puchased a yearly subscription and only then realized it was the wrong site. I immediately emailed them asking for a refund and was told that they'd incurred "significant hard costs associated with this subscription" and that accidental purchases weren't eligible for a refund. Scam.
I have purchased this Chatly application by mistake, thinking that I was buying Claude ai. Because they have paid advertisements when Claude is searched on the internet.As soon as I realized this, I stopped using it and canceled my yearly subscription. I haven't used the app maybe 15 minutes, still thinking I bought the Claude app.I mailed the suport and asked for a refund.They responded 9 days later.Of course they denied.This company is not out for a fair business. They squeeze people for small money. They are bound for bankrupcy.
I subscribed to Chatly.ai and requested to cancel just 3 hours later, after using fewer than 3 messages. Their own refund policy states that users are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours as long as they’ve used fewer than 7 messages — which I clearly met.Despite this, Chatly.ai refused to refund me, not even partially, unlike most reputable service providers. They simply ignored their own stated policy.This experience made the service feel misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing. They do not stand behind the policies they publish.

The site I ended up on — chatlyai.app — exploits this similarity and creates even more confusion. This makes chatlyai.app feel like a deceptive service designed to mislead users searching for Claude.I am now escalating this through a Stripe/Card dispute due to insufficient support and misleading UI.If you are looking for real Claude or GPT access, **this is NOT the place.**Be careful — the site can easily trick users into thinking it’s related to Claude or to the legitimate chatly.solutions service.Very disappointing experience, and I hope this review prevents others from making the same mistake.
Horrible experience. I accidentally purchased a subscription.I emailed their customer support within 10 minutes of the purchase to cancel.It took 8 days for their team to respond to my email and a further 2 days before they informed me that there was nothing that they could do.Really poor customer service when the intial automated response says there will be a response within 48 hours.Not only will I not use my subscription but I will not be recommending this service.
