This is the first time booking with CheapCaribbean. I am soooo impressed. Super easy, no hidden fees, all questions I had were answered Immediately and everything went smoothly. I did EVERYTHING in one Easy booking. Flight, Resort, Transportation and I opted for the low cost insurance plan they offer (which you don't need to have but for security reasons due to hurricane season, I wanted to have a safety net that I would receive A FULL REFUND if I cancelled or something happened to the building, weather didn't permit, etc.) I have book with several others before which were nice but it was hard to get answers I wanted to the questions I had right away and it was hard to talk to a LIVE PERSON with the other companies. I am a worry wart and CheapCaribbean took care of all of my need AND had the best price hands down!! I will definitely be booking with CheapCaribbean again. Again, the Ease, Security and Confirmation each step of the way will have me coming back to them.
Customer service gave me wrong credit information that i have credit for $388.35 after calculating and when i call back other customer representative is saying u got wrong information from previous representative. How come that can happen
The worst experience ever!! Stay away, all they do is take your money and ruin your plans! They put me in the wrong hotel! I paid for transportation to and from the hotel and airport and when I got to Cancun they told me cheap Caribbean never put it through so I had to pay again. This was the worst nightmare ever!
Worse experience ever…the airline flight was cancelled. The airport was 6 hours in traffic away from the resort. Travel arrangements were not provided. The hotel gave away our rooms and decided to then downgrade the room because we arrived late at no fault of ours. The resort rooms need a lot of construction. There was barely any assistance provided by Cheap Caribbean staff.
We booked our vacation with Cheap Caribbean to go to RIU REGGAE and were DUPED/SCAMMED. In the package we supposed to have received coupons/money to use on the resort for different services.Renova Spa - $200 in couponsWeddings by Riu - $100 in couponsScuba Caribe - $180 in couponsPhotography - $40 in couponsMargaritaville - $5 in couponsMain Street Rose Hall - $129 When we went to the spa to use the coupons/money they told us we had to split it into four different spa services. Which meant we would’ve had to pay more money. Cheap Caribbean never told us that nor was it in the agreement.Nowhere in the itinerary/package did it state this “CON”.We were misled and deceived.We called CheapCaribbean multiple times at least seven times during our vacation, and all we got was them hanging up on us. Unprofessional.And some online numbers didn’t even work. The problem wasn’t never resolved nor rectified because no one didn’t want to deal with the situation now that they got our money. Btw- none of the coupons were used!WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHEAP CARIBBEAN. Please stay far away from Cheap Caribbean. You’ve been warned, unfortunately at our expense and a horrible experience.Their name speaks for itself “Cheap.. and not in a good way, but bad.👎
I have used them for multiple trips. Some flight and hotel, some just the flight. Everything has always been perfect and what I was told it was be. I only had an issue once with a cancellation, but once I got past the people giving canned responses to my issue, CC gave me even more than I was asking for. I will always use them when searching for a Caribbean vacation.
Never use this company, it is a scam!! Booked a vacation with them and noticed I had the dates off by 1 day. Contacted them by chat within 10 minutes of the booking and I was told they could not change the dates, I would have to cancel and rebook. They looked up my booking and verified I would get 100% refund in 24-48 hours before I had them cancel it. I have the entire transcript of this conversation that was emailed to me by their system. They only refunded a small portion of the total cost. I have been fighting with them for months. No refund, no travel credit, no customer service. TERRIBLE experience, TERRIBLE company. I would rate them zero stars if it were possible.
If I could give them zero I would worst customer service ever. I have to cancel my trip due to a medical emergency and they are no help at all won’t let me speak to a supervisor and will not give me a refund and are trying to charge me a bunch of expensive fees!! Do not book through them they awful!!! I cancelled the flight myself and they are still trying to charge me for cancelling the flight even tho I took care of that myself and the airline wasn’t charging me any fees what a scam!!!!
Booked a wedding anniversary trip with Cheapcaribbean/beachbound Nov1 2023 for a week in Mexico Feb5-Feb 9 2024 including the airlines from NY.My wife on Feb 4,2024 had a Bloody eye ulcer that required emergency Hospitalization Drs refused to let her fly as she was admitted to the hospital.Called cheap Caribbean/BEACHBOUND Feb 4 & 5 2024 as the Dr emailed/faxed over a medical letter stating my wife cannot fly out the country due to her condition.Spoke to a Daniel Rodrizes a agent for cheapcaribbean/BEACHBOUND emailed us back a letter stating full Travel credit & air credits a total of $3186.01 for 1 year. Fast forward to March 2024 my wife Received clearance to travel by her Dr’s I emailed the medical clearance to Cheapcaribbean/BEACHBOUND to reschedule our Mexico trip. On the phone for HOURS with different agents when an agent named Marta& Hugo states to me on the phone I have NO AIR CREDIT only travel credits.
