Great car dealership. Went to go and view the car I wanted after speaking with Tony on the phone. Arrived and was handed the keys to go and have a look without any pressure. Took for a test drive on my own and was really happy with the car. I’d already arranged my own finance so left and came back the next day to collect my vehicle. Very happy thank you
We bought a car from Chepstow Trade centre recently and Rob was very patient and explained everything we needed to do to purchase the car, once we had decided to go ahead. All cars previous service history was made available for us to view as well as a test drive. No pressure sales
Bought a vehicle just over a week ago.We dealt with Rob who we felt was honest & once we had done our test drive we were left to give the vehicle a good look over without any pressure. The other guys there seemed nice too. Warren who works independently from the garage doing the detailing making the vehicles showroom ready really helped reassure us as we have had a bad experience from a garage a few years ago near where we live which had made us very wary. So far we couldn’t be any happier with car we bought. We took out the warranty too just for peace of mind. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate from buying from them in the future & will recommend them even though they are not local to us. Thank you Rob for your help & honesty, Dawn, Alan & Whiskey ( The dog )

After my previous car breaking down and being stuck without a car, I was recommended Chepstow Trade Centre and will never regret it. Their services was quick, honest and efficient. Didn buy a car from this company, arranged a test drive for 2 cars and when it came to the day of test drive he didnt want to move his stock around.. good job really as the 2 cars I went to look at were nothing like advertised, mercedes eclass engine chain was noisy after running for a few minutes and the interior smelt of mold, the BMW 1 series was over priced high milage and looked like it had been in and accident and not repaired properly , couldn't get out there quick enough. Look professional but pushy con men who are selling death traps at top rates. Literally try the garage that's actually in Chepstow near the race course and ul have a much better experience and be buyin a decent motor from decent guys
Great car, I cycled all the way from Bristol to Wales in the rain to buy the car from Chepstow Trade Centre. I love it, it did have a problem with the brake disc on the right side, but to be fair to Chepstow you would not notice that much until you had driven it for a while & they did fix it under warranty & it's fine now. 😉 The suspension is a bit noisy but I think that's because it is old (2010).Overall I am very pleased with the car. Thank you.
