We ordered a King Size Amelia Curved Bespoke Chesterfield Buttoned Fabric Headboard, after ordering my wife changed her mind about the fabric. I contacted the company and they agreed to change the fabric without any problems. This was really appreciated, the headboard is a substantial piece of furniture and of excellent quality. We are really pleased with it and will use this company again. Excellent customer service and a first class product.
Fantastic service, absolutely faultless, highly recommend the product and the team here; we needed aftersales help (we lost the remote for our Thunder car bed) and within a few days we had a replacement in our hands. Above expectations with aftersales and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a business. Response time and professionalism spot on. The car bed itself is absolutely brilliant and lives up to everything it says, ours is still pretty immaculate nearly 3 years on.
Got my son a car bed. Ordered and delivered within 3 weeks. Unfortunately I am a little impatient but staff were always on hand to take my call and were always polite and courteous. Car delivered on time. Built by myself and very easy to build took about an hour. High quality parts and sturdy when built. Definitely use this company again and the bed looks absolutely fantastic.
I ordered bespoke single ottoman beds for my children, when i received the beds they were beyond my expectation. Children found them so relaxing. The beds came within the time frame and the friendly staff installed the beds. Everything seemed perfect, I contacted the company and they told me my bed would take roughly 4 weeks to come.It took a me 3 months to receive my bed and when it came the item was not as described, I was mortified. Nothing fits in place they are like two different pieces. I should have known better than to judge perfectly good looking google pictures as a hopeful prospect for me getting the bed of my dreams. I strongly advise to not purchase from here!! If you do it will be at your own risk.
Ordered a headboard from these guys over the phone having received samples of fabrics and made my choice; I couldn’t be happier with the item received, well made, lovely fabric, fits a treat so well done guys. Also, they kept in contact with me and arranged delivery in the timeframe I requested. Delivery driver, Abdul was also great and kept in contact with me, also he was kind enough to help me put the headboard in the room it was to be housed knowing I had no other help to do that so, fab service all round, totally recommend this company and products. Thanks guys 😁
