Review Time
I did have a long nightmare with this company but was recently contacted by the company and they have resolved my issues and assured me the person responsible has left the firm. I believe them so hopefully they are now in a better place to be trusted. Ordered a bed on 24th May, half the order turned up late. Still waiting (now 16th August) for the mattress or a refund for it. Over 80 messages and phone calls of broken promises. I can only presume they assume most people forget and this “loop” is standard practice. Total waste of time and now getting money back through credit card. Order at your peril
Brilliant customer service. I ordered car bed for my son birthday it was due to deliver same day but I received message it will not be delivered same day when I spoke to them and told them it was for my son birthday they arranged delivery for same day. Beyond my expectations.Even thought I had not made payment but they still delivered it as promise.There was cosmetic fault with 1 part they happily accept to deliver spare part.I would recommend them without hesitation for brilliant customer service.
I ordered a 6ft ottoman for the bottom of our bed, the price was very reasonable. They were really helpful in sharing fabric swatches to endure I got the right colour and super friendly. The ottoman, is exceptionally good value ans is made really well.Would recommend.
Absolutely amazing service and great choice of design. Modified my design midway with no fuss or hassle. The installation team were very friendly and flexible when it came to picking a day to install. The design team really listened to what I want and sent me lots of samples to choose from. The bed goes perfectly in my room
Thank you for the quick service, the bed arrived earlier than I was expecting so made it even better. I had a very specific style of bed in mind but I could not find the same shape in the fabric & colour I wanted without compromising on the storage. Until I came across your site :) I will have this bed for many years so I am delighted I could get exactly what I had hoped for. Great service and options, could not fault.
