Great company to deal with, very customer focused customer service, very helpful with explaining products and service I would most definitely order from this company again the BED, we ordered was of high quality and solid compared to other companies, and the acoustic headboard panels are great quality and very easy to fit or be installed. Great company to deal with.
Bought our King size 2000 pocket sprung mattress two weeks ago and it was excellent. Mattress was super comfy and had excellent back support which is great as i suffer bad back for years. Great sales team as they kept me updated re deliver date and time and mattress was delivered 3 days after order as promised. Excellent all round !
Horrendous company, awful customer service. We placed an order in February, it took months to arrive. It was damaged and 1 month later has still not been replaced. They do not reply to emails or returns calls. They have been rude and abrupt on the phone. For 3 weeks they have told me my replacement order is being delivered and it is still not here. They continually lie. Poor quality products. Please avoid.
