Fantastic support from beginning to end…

Fantastic support from beginning to end ! Quick quote and bespoke design. They made it to a tight deadline and even though there was a slight Issue due to an uneven bedroom wall the panels were collected and returned back to us within a matter of days . Also the quality of products supersede the price tag. We are so happy with everything

Chic no concept of professionalism

Without doubt the single most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune in dealing with.I’ve been passed around several different staff members, although am pretty certain it’s the same guy.Designed and bought some bespoke bed headboard panels in May and received the delivery (late) without the 2 panels with cut outs for plug sockets - leaving our headboard incomplete.One attempted delivery missed due to the driver running out of time - nobody contacted me. The communication throughout has been a joke. “Will call you first thing tomorrow” etc… No phone calls.Stay away from this company. They are absolutely terrible and do not deserve to be making any money.

Fantastic product range, brilliant customer services and fast delivery

After extensive research into ottoman beds, I called up Chic Concept and bought a brilliant bed and mattress. Not only were they very competitive in terms of their pricing, they also offered a wide range of good quality fabric choices for the bed base / headboard. With the birth of my baby due immediately, I called up and spoke to Hussain and asked if there was any way possible at all to have the bed made and delivered within a very tight deadline. Most high street retailers and big named companies had 30-60 day lead times which simply weren’t going to work. Hussain and his team got onto it right away and from the moment we settled on the fabric and delivered it within days.Beds now been fully assembled for my daughter and I had the pleasure of sleeping on it a couple times and can say first hand that I slept like a baby. My 4-year daughter also loves her new bedProducts and services absolutely brilliant - which I don’t often say for others so would highly recommend them. Best wishes to the team and business - we’ll definitely be repeat customers for sure.

Liars, Rude and Unprofessional

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company. Initially, the process appeared to be smooth: the bed and headboard were delivered, albeit the wrong size headboard. I returned it for resizing, but the replacement lacked a dibond chrome strip necessary for a clean, finished look. Despite this being their error, I was charged an additional £50, which I reluctantly paid to avoid further issues. Unfortunately, this proved to be a significant mistake on my part.Since May 2024, I have been waiting for the correct chrome strip to be sent. Initially, I was informed they were struggling to get a precise cut. However, I was told that two strips had been dispatched, only to later be informed they havent arrived week or two later and that they would send the chrome strip out asap. As of July, I have yet to receive the strip.When I called to address the issue, I was told I had been dealing with a different colleague, which is blatantly false, as I have voice recordings from the same individual on WhatsApp. Recently, I was informed that they cannot provide the required strip and that I must source it myself. Despite multiple promises to send the final chrome strips, I am left to believe this will never happen.Ever since I made the full payment, I have been consistently lied to and ignored. The lack of professionalism is glaring. If you wish to experience deceit and unprofessional behavior, this company is perfect for you. I strongly advise against making full payment until you are completely satisfied with their service.Despite the company's claims of honesty and integrity, their actions reflect none of these values. On July 11th, I removed my negative review after the company pleaded for me to remove my review and promised to send me a new strip. However, what they sent was completely different in material. They then informed me that they had ordered the correct item from Amazon, using the link I provided, which indicated Prime next-day delivery or, at the latest, within two days. It's now August 17th, and I still haven't received the strip.Additionally, on August 1st, I requested to PURCHASE an extra side bed panel as my original came with a faulty bolt and hole for the bolt, which they assured me they would provide free of charge as a good will. But, as you might have guessed, that hasn't arrived either.Yesterday, 13th August, i had a heated conversation with Chic Concept, they had given me their WORD my items were ready to be sent out mid week this week (between 11&14th September). As you have guessed they have not sent nothing, i even offered to send someone to pick it up over 100miles away from them however their words were ‘we do have a life to outside work’, clearly they are the only ones who have a life and i enjoy chasing these liars.Words honestly cannot describe my frustration and anger with these liars. If anyone wants to be messed around then this is the company to go to.My advice, regardless of delivery, hold the payment until you are 100% satisfied with your item once its set up, don’t let them pressure you into making a payment on delivery.I am more than willing to share my correspondence with this company to substantiate my claims for anyone who suspects this review is fabricated.I think it's clear by now... this has been a horrendous experience and terrible service.

Order was an easy process and delivered on time with no issues. It is reassuring that you can speak with someone over the phone to confirm the details of the order, and any made to measure specs. Our Super king size bed is fantastic, super comfortable and easy to assemble. Really good quality!! I certainly recommend Chic concept.

Don’t buy from this company

Do not buy off this company !!They tell lies been waiting for 3 months for a bed that was meant to be 7/14 days as stated when I purchased it on 23rd march !!still no idea when it’s coming , they don’t have any customer service skills to keep updated you have to ring them and they make excuses all the time saying it’s on its way , they are shipping it with DHL because container is delayed , then it’s using diff delivery company but never give you shipping number and now waiting for for refund for 5 days still not come absolute joke of a company ! Don’t how they are still trading

Problems sorted

Bed was ordered 20/02/24. They delivered quickly 23/03/24 after informing me in the morning the bed was damaged and an upgrade will be arriving that afternoon. We had no carpet down but took delivery as they told us it could be 3 months til new 1 arrives in stock or have a refund. We accepted the bed that afternoon but could not open it til 5th March when carpets were fitted in the room. We found there were a lot of missing parts, no instructions or fitting kit. The wrong colour for 2 parts as well. I rang them as soon as the faults were found and the man said he would sort it within 48hrs. I gave them messages and phone calls and they had chances to get the parts to me on 12th and 14th of March but never happened. On the 15th March I asked for refund and collection of the bed. The seller picked up the bed on the 19th March and a refund issued today 21st MarchChic Concept are very polite and have admitted they did not get this right by not checking the item before sending. With luck they are learning lessons from this so no other dissapointments happen for customers
