Chicconcept are of excellent quality but what has impressed me the most is their customer service. Their replies are prompt, they go above and beyond to accommodate and help the customer. I have bought a bed and mirrors from them, and I wouldn’t hesitate buying more or recommending the company to friends and family. Finally a special shout out to Ahmed from the team, he has been fantastic.
I had a great experience with chick concept we have to make note that they send out private drivers and we need to be aware that the driver might call us at any time before delivery. The company was absolutely brilliant even though we had a third attempt at delivering. But was successful and the driver was very lovely. They have your number and you can communicate with the driver. 5 stars for that alone 🙏🙏
I can’t praise Chic Concept highly enough for their quality…value and service! I recently ordered some bedroom headboard panels and they are beautifully made and have absolutely transformed the room. Extremely easy to fit and very stylish. Harry was so helpful….sending fabric swatches….assisting with measurements and I received the panels within ten days of ordering. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chic Concept and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
We purchased a Superking Headboard, Ottoman base and also foot storage unit. We had ours custom made and we can say we are absolutely satisfied with our purchase. Hussain was polite, accommodating and very responsive with our custom based order. He sent out swatches, explained all and delivered earlier than expected and installed the bed and headboard. We found the price fair and quality to be solid. We very highly recommend this company.
Weeks of stalling and lies and I'm still left wondering why the only apology I've had is what seems to be this companys catchphrase "No gonna bullsh$t ya like". ...which then follows by mutiple different stories. Who knows if I'll ever get my wee boys bed or whether I'll need to spend more hours contacted my banks debit card fraud team for a refund. I would avoid these cowboys.UPDATE - following a delivery by a rude driver who made my wife feel bad that someone wasn't available to help lift a large box, I can confirm the bed sent.... is the wrong one. Unbelievable!UPDATE - after a refund on 16th June money is still not back through Paypal as of 25th June. M&H Design Ltd chose to send as an eCheque which suggests they dont have the finances to make refund instantly. The saga continues..
Ordered a couple of headboards and asked for a specific colour and fabric. I was stretched for time but chic concept managed to have my headboards made and delivered within 3 days! The headboards are beautiful I have to say. I joined two doubles to make one massive headboard (personal reasons) and I absolutely love it. Will be going back for more bespoke items. Thank you chic concept. 5 stars from me!!
