as a carrier that uses ch Robinson a lot mostly as a last resort I can say the carrier support is the absolute worst ! I try to book with coyote first. if there is ever an issue they do not respond and expect my drivers to just sit endlessly. do better ! with out the carrier your freight sits !

Amazing services. The company was able to transport my company's products with upmost care, coming in with no product damages. Would absolutely do work with them again any day. Their global shipping is a good service, with reasonable prices. I recommend to anybody trying to work with them to trust them.

This was a very bad experience. If you hold any value in your time or your company, do not book with them. I arranged a shipment to be picked up Friday 1/19. I called and confirmed as it was around late noon when I booked. The lady said it was confirmed, will be picked up today and delivered Monday 1/22 POSS Tuesday due to "weather". I understood as in NJ we were about to receive a little snow. I checked status Monday morning and wasnt receiving any information on tracking. I called and was told they went there but did not pick up our shipment. I spoke to a supervisor who promised it would be picked up Monday. Nothing had changed. I spoke to them 2 more times that day. Tuesday, I call again with nothing changing on the tracking end. I spoke to customer service who assured me it was on a "hot list" and the driver was to go there and specifically ask for my order. You can imagine my fury when I come into work Wednesday with no updated status of my delivery. They gave me every excuse in the book. They blamed the weather but at this time it was confirmed their trucks had been there twice. They blamed that my distributor didnt tell them to pick up our shipment. Unreal. I received the run around. I asked to speak to a manager and was immediatley told they were all in a meeting. I was disconnected from a rep that had me on hold and made no attempt to call me back. I called again and asked for a manager the 3rd time and finally they let me speak to someone. She was nice but gave the same excuses the reps did. tried to blame my distributor who was the only one keeping me abreast of the situation. She stated she was putting me on another "hot list". At this point they offered no compensation for the amount of money we lost out of work for 3 days, or discount on the 3k shipment paid for that hadnt been picked up and could not even guaruntee a dedicated line after the inconveniences. I have to say its very disappointing as this was a trial run in finding a new carrier. Safe to say, we will go no where near this company or the "carriers" they associate with.Fortunatley, our distributor offered us a carrier they work with and we were able to cancel this service before they had to lie to us again about the shipment being "forgotten".
