We have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. This last year has been a nighmare with erroneous billings (on going) that should be going to our customers and not to us. Reclassifing shipments incorrectly. Not searching for the best deal and sticking with FedEx only as the main carrier. Not paying their bill and having FedEx come after us for it (on going). Their reps are worthless and don't return emails or calls anymore. We have lost customers and been made to appear like fools with those of our customers that have stuck with us. We have tried in vain to get them to work with us like the good ol days when they were just Freightquote.com. Never, Never again!

I've been operating under own authority for four months and have run flatbed loads with eight different brokers. C.H. Robinson is the ONLY one of those that I've had problems with. Two TONUs already, and a dirty lying broker pulling a bait-and-switch on what was suppose to be a no-tarp strap-and-go where they changed it to tarping required after it was booked. I only found out after arrival at shipper. The loader at the shipper said, and I quote, "yeah this happens all the time." Needless to say, booking loads w/ S h * t -face Robinson will be an absolute last resort, if ever again.

Invoice issues, I have called several times to speak with someone in the Carrier Service Department. I finally was able to speak to customer service agent. She was rude and stated they are too busy to assist and to email the Carrier Service Department. I emailed the department and received an email telling me to call Carrier Service Department. This worldwide company is a JOKE! Zero Stars

I had a freight package that was to be delivered by CH Robinson. The company denied me a lift gate for my crate that weighed 167 lbs. The crate measured 42x42x40. There is no way I could have unloaded this myself. After multiple calls over a 3 day period I never received a response from them. I left a message with T. Gibson on her direct line and still no response. Fed Ex, who was holding my crate also tried several times with no response. I finally went to FedEx and picked up the crate with their help. They could not have been more helpful and efficient. I would not use CH Robinson for any shipping needs.
