Great customer service so far. I thought this type of customer service does not exist anymore in online travel/flight agencies!Responses have been very fast and results satisfying.Finally I don't have to spend hours of getting redirected in call centers anymore, like with other companies.

I used CitizenPlane to travel from Bhutan to India recently and had an exceptionally good experience. Their team was very responsive to my questions and were helpful when we discovered that the Bhutan Airlines website had a glitch with their online check-in system. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their customer care and would not hesitate to use them again to book tickets.
