I received an email from Eurowings to fill in the Api form. This doesn't work. I ask you for help by email. They cannot help and ask me to call, I call and I have to get in touch with the touroperator. Emailanswers are fine and kind the callcentre verry rude and unhelpfull.

Based on the website comments, I was worried that I couldn't receive the tickets until the a week before the flight, i have written many emails to ask and finally got the confirmation via the official website.The irrelevant numbers i got in the beginning confused me as it doesn't work for the real tickets.
