Review Time
I lodged a complaint in late May to which someone said that I'd be contacted. I've spoken to someone once what wasn't my case handler and that the last I've heard from them. I've rung several times but noone has answered. I've left voicemail and sent emails to various ema addresses but noone ever answers back. I've had emails saying that I've tried to be contacted however, there are no missed calls on my landlines or my mobile at all..... I've even sent emails with my numbers on, yet still noone rings or emails. Apart from actually going to Doncaster and turning up on the doorstep I'm at a loss what to do!
And I'm back again as this is definitely the only way I get any response. Yes they tried to call once and i was busy caring for my mother i loterally rang back an hour after the call. I was given an extension number which since May 1st I have tried ringing countless times to never get through to Sinead Millar, I have left messages and sent emails and have not heard one thing. I have just spoken to customer service who again say they cannot do anything as the complaint is closed. So if I can't speak to your complaints department because they do not answer or return calls and customer service are not willing to help what exactly would you like me to do?? Literally unbelievable that nothing has been done since the 7th of February and you are impossible to get through to even when given an extension number. Joke of a company.
My wife (Annabelle) took this finance for her car insurance We received a letter today 20/05 stating she had missed a payment, My wife checked her account today the money was send by the bank to close brother but was send back to my wife bank, this could be an issue with the bank but wat annoyed my wife is that there was no communication from close brother no email or phone call stating that the payment didnt go though, most company would give u a text or a notification before handing out late payment charges she was charged 20 something pound admin fee and they also send a default notice on the account, we have a morgage review due to our fix rate ending and this isnt going to look good on our credit file, Life is so tuff and you get company doing this, i am more dissapointed as this is a ftse 250 company and your presenting like this, we will ring on monday to pay and to sort this out. The TRUSTPILOT rating will change upon how sorting this issue out, You need to take default notice its not fair. Communicate with your customers, we are honest hard working people and dont need finacial defaults on account to make our life hard, its one payment that we wasnt awarE that it bounce all you needed to do it say "your money was send back you to pay this now" we would have paid it my wife had the money on her account, we will speak to the baNk about this issue, the complaint is from the admin fee and default, but there was no communication to this*****update****** They have been very patient and worked with us very please with the service changed from 1 star to 5
I am very happy close brothers helped me to have my car . I have received loan from close brothers . car finance 247 they found lenders and they referred me to close brothers and they been very helpful and quick.very good customer services . Thank you
